14 days async support (fixes + minor refinements only; no calls)

Your Tech Setup Process & Timeline
THE PART YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT
Phase 1 — Confirm Scope (Kickoff, 20 min)
We finalize your Requirements Doc and lock the build plan.
Phase 2 — Build (async)
We implement workflows and automations, with Loom updates at key checkpoints.
Phase 3 — Handoff + Support (required)
Training + acceptance sign-off + 14-day async support window.
Typical timeline: ~2–4 weeks (timeline begins once intake + tool access is complete)
What We Need From You (Requirements Packet)
To move fast, you’ll submit:
tool access/invites + required logins
workflow details via guided form (we keep this simple)
examples of your current process (links, screenshots, etc.)
Approvals: You’ll approve the Requirements Doc and one build checkpoint asynchronously. One revision round included.
Your Investment
Tech Setup Investment: $6,000 USD
Sprint credit: If you completed the Sprint and upgrade within 14 days of Sprint delivery, your $2,000 Sprint investment is credited toward Tech Setup.
Tech Setup FAQs
Do I need the Sprint first?
Not always. If your scope is clear, you can proceed directly. If scope is not clear, we may require the Sprint before implementation.
How many calls are included?
Two: a 20-minute kickoff and a required handoff. Everything else is async.
What counts as a revision vs new scope?
Fixes to match the agreed Requirements Doc are included. New workflows/tools/automation requests are quoted separately.
